The next weekend (Carten 100)

You'd think we would have had enough by now! But Saturday morning saw Sarah Andy & Allison driving down to Cardiff for the annual jaunt to Tenby. The sun was shining and we cycled across Sophia Gardens for an early start meeting up with Tiff & Liz en route

We're off along with 600 others for the 100 mile ride to Tenby

A rather sickly smile from Allison contemplating her first ever century ride (Andy takes it all very much in his stride) - Leaving Sophia Gardens Liz grins like a cheshire cat!

First stop Twelve Knights Margam, & a much needed sausage sandwich for Allison!
